I am back from my trip around England and Wales - and it was just lovely :)! We saw so many interesting things - Stonehenge, the Jane Austen museum in Bath, Cardiff Bay ... I've got such a lot of beautiful pictures and amazing stories to share with all of you - once I'm back home in Austria :)! Which I'm going to be tomorrow evening already! Alas, ( Read more... )

WELCOME BACK.

You have missed much squeeing over episode one of series 4, the spoilers are all out and there was a trailer released today. The M/A is looking VERY HOPEFUL.

Did you see the assembly rooms too in Bath?

HELLO AND THANK YOU! :D

Awww! Well, then I'll get right into the squeeing! Come on, give me details :)! What is that about the M/A looking hopeful? So far I've seen the trailer from the BBC (with the glorious squeeworthy conversation titbits between Merlin and Arthur) and I think I've heard somewhere that Merlin says to Arthur that he would sacrifice himself for him - and Arthur accepts that?!

Alas, we missed the assembly rooms because we are very poor students :/ - but the Jane Austen Centre was just lovely (I got to try out fan language :D!), if a bit overeager to affirm that Jane Austen did like it in Bath! Yes she did! :D

Hahaha Jane Austen HATED Bath. One day they will accept this. We even have a yearly Jane Austen Festival. Did you see the copy of Pride and Prejudice where someone had crossed out Lizzie's replies to Lady Catherine and written in what she OUGHT to have said to a lady of rank???

I do love Bath, I wouldn't have wanted to grow up anywhere else but here :)

How much spoilery stuff do you want?? There are Very Detailed Reports out there...

I really don't get why they have to insist on her liking Bath anyway, to be honest. I mean, it's not like that determines whether fans of Jane Austen will come to Bath or not - it's the simple fact that she LIVED there, that draws them to the place, not her feelings towards the city. O.o

OH NO! I can't believe we missed that! :( What did it say? Now I'm intrigued!

Bath is very beautiful, I agree - and unortunately we missed the festival by just one day ... :/

Hmmm ... I think I can handle the Very Detailed Reports - I'll be squeeing anyway, once I see it on screen, no matter how much I knew beforehand - I'm that much of a nerd :)!

... I hope I will be ... :) Right now the scales are saying I've got three kilos to spare ... but I'm sliightly mistrustful of them, because they also claim that I've lost two kilos ...

You're talking about training? ALREADY? You do realise that in these six months I've just become one giant ball of bones and fat? ... I'll have to build up some muscles first!

I think the plane's going to arrive at something like half past three ... I'm bad at remembering the time, especially when I've got to think about if I have to add or subtract an hour! :) But yeah, let's talk about all that tomorrow okay? :)

Fingers crossed! It's so not gonna work, though! LOL ;0) Have a safe trip home! I'm sure the arrival will be overwhelming (in a good way)!

Thank youuu! It was alright in the end - I did have to pay extra, which wasn't fun, but at least I managed to get all my stuff back home :).

Das mit den Kosten fürs Übergepäck is leider doch so gekommen wie ichs erwartet hatte - nämlich dass ich zahlen musste. Hatte 2.3 kg zu viel, also ZWANZIG PFUND zahlen! ZWANZIG PFUND! O.o Und der Flug hat allein 80 gekostet!

Report über meine Erlebnisse folgt hoffentlich bald - aber zuerst muss ich mal einige Leute treffen und meine Rückkehr feiern lassen :)
