The Linux Foundation does not speak for me

I'd like to say, somewhat for the sake of the OpenSolaris folk who are currently having a bit of a rough time, that I personally strongly disagree with certain statements coming out of the Linux Foundation, such as those claiming that the "L in LAMP is literal". It's probably been said to death, but OpenSolaris is released under a non-GPL compatible license. Thus, for Free Software developers to work on the OpenSolaris code could quite possibly leave them in a position where no GPL project can risk taking contributions from such developers.

Sun are creating new and confusing license terms and developers now have yet another license to ponder over. Why risk it?
