That's it, despite the frost and cold, spring my friends is back amongst us, and its stream of allergies. Let's hope that they won't be too bad, despite moving into the countryside and all.

Spring starts off with mold and goes right to pollen.

My sympathies to you. I know how you feel! And yep, you may be in for some decent sniffles to come. Back 15 years when I moved from english suburbia to french countryside I was hit for six come first spring. I thought I had a horrid cold lasting a month, but why were my eyes watering.

Good news is, years later, it's a mere sore throat and sniffles.

Bon courage! Oh, and avoid driving by fields of colza in bloom with the fresh air vents open. Cough .. gag.

Snugs to you and I wish you swift recovery and wonderfully strong antihistamines.

I didn't even suspect you were subject to allergies :)
There's hope in what you say : maybe after a few years it won't be all that bad. In between, I can only watch the rising wheat and colza fields with some apprehension :)
