Today is one of those days where I know I have LOTS to do, and I have instead decided to do NONE OF THOSE THINGS. Oh, except for cook, but that's just because I enjoy it. Making this today, which looks both delicious and like a heart attack in a casseole dish. But hey, I'm Southern. That's, like, one of our food groups. ;-)
