Sick and tired of being sick and tired

Spent most of last night in the hospital with a very bizarre case of food poisoning. No vomiting, no diarrhea, none of the usual symptoms -- just felt like my stomach was on fire and my kidneys were catching, and I hadn't had one decent piss in the last eight hours, and my dinner was sitting in my stomach like a pound of lead. Goodness. That sounds horrible. What on Earth did you eat, just a ...hot dog? that's it?! I have had similar experiences before with expired food, then again, I have a sensitive stomach right now 'cause of my lump. I thought I was gonna die after eating some expired chicken nuggets.

Well it IS horrible, but more annoying at this point that excruciating.

I'm at that stage you get in some illnesses where you can't stand to be touched.
