Well, I'm working on a guide to that... I didn't originally want to hand out a lexicon; I sort of hoped that anyone who was paying close attention could catch a few meanings, and I thought it might help convey Martin's own sense of struggling for comprehension. But it becomes obvious that something more comprehensive is necessary.
