What is wrong (or right, if you want) with Fundamentalism? I won't define it here, I want people to answer it according to what they think it means first. I know that the Catholic church came out with a statement against fundamentalism not too long ago. I'm just wondering what you guys think.

I disagree with fundamentalism because it means reading the Bible written in, I guess you can say "mythical" stlye literally when what's important is the point of the story.

Secondly, many fundamentalists I have known choose to box themselves off into their own private Christian world, and this is so not what we should do!
