I'm not sure how capable my mom is of using a computer either...it's quite annoying in some facets, but not in some others. I still can't get her to understand that on a Mac, closing the window isn't enough; she has to quit the whole program. I also had to walk her through Hamilton webmail. However, my parents don't use AIM, which is definitely good.
