Poor Shayne! He really does have some baggage. I think Ash can help him out with that. *wink* This was a great chapter. It was nice getting a bit of background on Shayne. Also, I love that he already knows about Ashlee's rather sordid past. *laughing* I can't wait for the next chapter, girlie. *hugs*
Shayne has been through a lot on the show and you know me, *laughing* I love pushing. Ashlee is going to be on the flip side with Shayne. She is going to be the one that does the saving. *grin* Thank you for the love, Jenny. I always look forward to seeing what you think. ***hugs***
Aww, thank you Becca. I'm so glad that you are enjoying this story so much. ***hugs***
Daisy really is self-centered. She has always been one to talk about her problems, but rarely does she ask about Ashlee. *sigh* Weirdly, I still like their friendship though.
I really am enjoying the chance to get to know Shayne. I am anxious to see how you are going to write about his past in Iraq and his future encounters with Ashlee!! I am lovin' it so please keep it coming! Thanks, hugs! Aus
Thank you, Aus! **hugs** I'm so glad you are enjoying "getting to know" Shayne. I hope you continue to like him as the story goes on. *grin* Shaylee is back in the next chapter. *wink*
Love the way you're incorporating Dylan into the story and the history between Shayne and Marina. You are so great at following the show's history. I remember Shayne and Marina and they were a great couple back then. However, this story is making Shayne and Ashlee seem like such a better match at least at this point in their lives. That just shows what a great writer you are. I love this story. Can't wait for Chapter 6.--BettyB
I remember their storyline from way back when. I loved how Shayne made her seem so much freer and I loved the fact that he was willing to die for her. History is so important to the way I'm planing to write him. Thank you for the lovely words, Betty. *hugs* I'm so excited that you are open to Shaylee. *grin*

I love Daisy, but she can be a little self-centered or maybe that's just me...
