Great prequel. You do all things well. I always enjoy whatever you post. I think you have some great ideas and the wonderful talent to turn them into amazing stories for all Cooplee fans to enjoy. Thanks again for keeping the Cooplee love alive.--BettyB

Thank you. Aww, wow, I'm glad you think so. This was an interesting story to write because I had to not only put myself in the "Promise" mind set, but also think of what happened before that story even started. *laughing* I'm not even sure I got all the details right. Thank you again for the love and support. **hugs** You always make me smile.

Thank you, ET. **hugs** I know it was a sad story. Sorry about that. But at least you know for a fact that they do get back together and are engaged. *laughing* Does that help?

It was a little angsty, but I loved it. I don't know about yourself, but you certainly put me back in the Promise mood. A few weeks ago when you were doing your poll on what story to work on, I mentioned that if you finished Promise perhaps you could give us a holiday sequel. You definitely have to do that now and give Coop, Ash & Brandon the perfect christmas this time. luv and hugs, laceytree

Yes, this story was filled with angst, but I'm glad you liked it. *grin* I figured knowing that Coop and Ashlee do get back together would help with some of the sadness this story has in it. *is hoping anyway* It did make me think more about that next chapter but I'm still not sure about it yet. I'll get there soon though. I promise to give you a happy Christmas. **hugs** Thank you for the love and hugs.

Your comment made me want to go back and read the last 3 or 4 chapters of Promise, just to reabsorb the joy and happiness that they finally found and totally deserved. It is true, the angst definitely made the sweet that much sweeter. You and your writing are both awesome! laceytree

Hang in Cooplee, in a few years you'll be together!! They will be long years I am sure! I loved the way you had us look back in time, and well I love anything that you write and especially if it is Cooplee! Hugs! Aus

*laughing* As I was writing this angsty story, I kept thinking, "I hope they remember that this is before they get back together." *laughing* The sadness is gone now. Thank you for the hugs, Aus. You know your comments mean the world to me. **hugs**

Aww, Jai, that was so beautifully angsty! I loved it and knowing that they do find each other again makes it even better.

Thank you, Jenny! I'm so happy that you liked the story. I worried that it would make people too sad because of the longing and missing each other that Cooplee is going through during this one-shot. I'm glad it didn't happen that way for you. **hugs**
