YAY! An engagement ring! And how perfect that Daisy will help him design it...you think of every detail, girl!
This was a fantastically written chapter. The Coop/Brandon/Ashlee dynamic at the beginning was beyond words. I felt everything. Great job! And thank you, thank you for the BucWild scene! That was just too much perfect.
In case you have forgotten how much I love this story, let me remind you...I LOVE THIS STORY! *grin* *hugs* ~Emm
*grin* I really missed BucWild. I haven't written for them in this story in a long time. And Doris deserves some lovin'. *grin* Thank you all the compliments. Your words are so special to me. I'm so happy that you enjoy reading this (never-ending *laughing*) story. Thank you for the comment love. ***hugs***
WOW! What a chapter... Bran-muffin finally gets the truth, BucWild gettin' wild, and an engagement ring... This was an amazing chapter. I was nervous and giggly and everything in between while reading it. Great Job Jai! As always I can't wait for more... You are so good to us! *hugs* laceytree
Thank you, Tracy. *grin* Brandon already knew the truth in his heart. He's a smart little kid, so Coop just confirmed what he already knew. I really missed writing for BucWild. I haven't touched on their relationship in a while, so it was fun for me to go back to that. I'm so glad you are enjoying the story. ***hugs*** Thank you for the feedback hug.
Soooooooo perfect!

After my initial excitement over the fact that there was a new chapter of Promise, I knew after reading the proverb that it was going to be wonderful, as always! As a teacher I always try to remember that proverb!
My heart was breaking when Brandon asked "Didn't you want us" but I loved how you once again illustrated the unbroken circle of love by showing that Coop was forgiving Ashlee just as Brandon was forgiving Coop. The healing power of love! Your details are always so amazing Jailynn that I can see everything in my mind's eye. Such powerful writing! Thank you so much for continuing with this fanfic. Big "Promising" Hugs for you! Aus :)

This Proverb is truly a perfect one. I couldn't wait to use it in the story. *grin* You're a teacher? What do you teach? My sister teaches science over the Internet for kids that are home schooled.
Brandon knew in his heart that Coop was his father, but he needed to know that he was wanted. It broke my heart too to write that line. *sigh* That's a great line, Aus. This story is basically that in a nut shell: the healing power of love. **grin** Thank you for your kind words. **hugs** And for taking the time to reply. It means so much to me. *grin* Oh and yes, it's about time Doris got some lovin'. *laughing*

I am an elementary math specialist but I mostly work with grades 4 and 5. I teach on an army post, getting ready to deploy again so it is very challenging but it is where I am supposed to be! Your proverb about taking children by the hand is so very appropriate as we are the refuge these children have while one or both parents are facing this horrible storm called war.
Good for your sister! My husband teaches High School Math and Science. :)

Wow. Math was never my strong suit. I leaned more toward Drama, History and English (even though I stink at grammar and spelling *laughing*) My sister really likes her job but she's pregnant with her third kid and is thinking about changing careers so that she can have more time to be a mom. All her children are under the age of five. I love that proverb. When I read it, the words just connected perfectly. ***hugs*** I definitely feel for the kids of our military. I pray that this war will be resolved soon. I think that's the only way this nation is going to heal. *sigh*
Aww... I loved it! Brandon figuring out that Coop was his daddy was perfect. I love that Ashlee had all his books. I can't wait for the proposal. *grin* Oh, and yay for BucWild lovin'. Awesome! *hugs*
Thank you, AF! You know that your comments mean so much to me. I'm so glad you liked this chapter. Brandon is so smart and he's going to be really excited by the engagement of his parents. *grin* I was thrilled to write for BucWild again. I've missed them. (darn GL!) Thank you for the comment love. **hugs**
