I'm by no means a bleeding heart liberal, in fact I'm a good ways right of center but your entry on the missing food depresses me. Having never been in jail I can only guess as to all the restrictions there are on everything from visitation to toilet use but to punish an inmate for taking (I don't consider it stealing but then again I don't know the rules) extra FOOD seems harsh to me. Yeah, I know jails aren't supposed to be Holiday Inns but, my God, the least that should be done is provide enough food for inmates that they aren't hungry. Can you 'humanize' yourself just long enough to ask how you would feel if your son was in jail and did the same thing because he was hungry?

Dude, good move, if you bend the rules once, then you've lost all control. If someone thinks they can get away with something, they will. I applaud you my man. Now get back to VA so we can go boozing!
