Living in your own place is exponentially awesome, not gonna lie. Other than added bonuses, such as say, having loooots and lots of privacy ;)

Temperature is a big deal to me too. Rarely going above 80ºF sounds amazing.

July and August here are colder than April and October. Windy, foggy, wonderful.
