Awesome post! Wish I was motivated enough to cook. Also, Brocach is indeed a great place to eat, great atmosphere too.

hmm. that does sound good. the worst combination possible, though, is beer-battered frozen shit...cause then it reeks of all the bad parts of beer after it's deep-fried. we had that at rheta's the other day and every thing else we put in that fryer came out tasting like crap!

sounds like it takes more than 10 minutes to prep though for anyone but an expert...
