Update: Soccer, Lebanese Food, Costuming, etc

Wednesday of last week, Matt and I went to the FC Dallas vs. New England Revolution game. We left our house at 6pm and it made all the difference. We got there at around 6:30, maybe 6:40, and the traffic was way lighter. I'm guessing you wouldn't have too many lore users in Sci-Fi games, right?
But you did get me thinking about other MANDITORY skill sets for a space craft: Engineering. In WoW, sure there's an engineering skill set, but typically, I don't hear of it much in fantasy.
SO, what skill level would it require to fix said "Nav System"? Is engineering component'ed out into e.g., weapons egineer, engine engineer, navigation, etc? Are you basically dealing with a d20 roll + skill set vs. some pre-set level of difficulty? Hmmm, interesting.

"Lore users" would fall under knowledge skills, which are pretty useful in most games. ^_^ The system/rules are not d20, but there is a skill roll vs the DM-set difficulty. Here's to hoping that the navigation gets back up! ^_^
