Roxy August 11, 2006 - April 9, 2014

My beautiful, sassy little girl passed on this morning. She was struggling with pain and breathing this morning, so I called the vet and told him I was bringing her in before they opened the clinic. She took her last breath in the carrier just seconds before the vet pulled up beside us. She had fluid on her lungs. He thinks there's a tumour in

Oh, Roxy. I'm at a loss for words. I do remember that party, and I remember Little Miss Attitude when you first got her. She really was one in a million!

She always was a diva. She left so that I didn't have to make that decision. It happened so fast and yet it took over a week. I thought all she needed was another painkiller and some food. That was my head talking. My gut was telling me she was in trouble.

Thank you. There's a Roxy-sized hole in this house now. It's weird. I still have four cats but the place seems pretty empty.

I am so sorry to hear that. It's such a sad thing, when a cat dies. They are such wonderful creatures and Roxy sounds like she was amazing. It also sounds like she had a great life with you. *massive hugs*

Thank you. Roxy was pretty special. Everyone always says that when they lose a beloved pet, but she really was unique. Never met a cat quite like her before. So very smart. *hugs*

Thank you. She was too young. Having trouble processing this even though I do understand it. So weird. She had such a huge personality to go with her physical size. Big Roxy-shaped hole in our house and hearts right now.
