Summary: Set during the custody hearing. The most painful part is not being able to do anything.

Jaejoong’s sequestered, he’s not allowed to be inside the courtroom when the hearing’s in progress.
It’s only during the time when the judge calls for a break that Yunho comes into the room where Jaejoong sits alone; he looks up when the door suddenly opens and Yunho’s form is revealed.
“Yunnie…” Jaejoong whispers, as Yunho moves to sit beside Jaejoong.
He buries his head in Yunho’s shirt, his voice muffled: “Why? All this drama…”
Yunho’s hand runs through Jaejoong’s hair, oddly comforting. “Shh, Jae, don’t worry,” he whispers soothingly, heart breaking when he sees Jaejoong’s shoulders shaking visibly.
It’s the most painful part, being involved in a custody case, and there is nothing Jaejoong can do - besides waiting - since it concerns him.
Yunho can do nothing for now - except offer words of comfort and a shoulder to cry on.
