It varies, I think. Sometimes it's like, "omg, how the hell did he go back ten years" and sometimes it's like "wow, you look so much more mature/older." In this case, though, I think he was really tired. ;_______;

That's what I mean! He doesn't even have to BE tired, he LOOKS tired... because of the eye lids. _-_ looks like he had DONE something with his eyes again~ I mean, it's not a secret he's done his upper lids to make it "european". But what the heck with lower?! xD

Lower eyelids like that are very common in South Korea. You even see them in his baby pictures, so I imagine they're simply more prominent, not that he's had anything done.
