Oh, that last bit. I didn't see it coming, and the fact it ratchets up the tension again, just when I'd settled into the idea that Tom and Jon could have a happy ending - OH. Because I started the fic feeling relieved, like, They did pull that last heist off, huh. I really liked this, even though now I'm still really worried about them all in this 'verse.

This has basically everything I could want from Tom/Jon, including all the glancing references to what Tom likes, and what he might do in back alleys when nobody has to know, and your wonderful take on Jon's lazy capability and charm -- perfect. Thank you! <3

*squeaky noises* I loved the first part of this, and I was so happy to see a continuation, oh man. Tom and Jon in Cuba! I love the end, how you got everyone all happy and "aww, it's going to work out!" and then boom, Tom still has to get through one more job.
