I know not everyone who accesses this site lives in California, but I do. On the November 4, 2008 ballot there was a California proposition that tried to eliminate the right of marriage to same sex couples. So far, the proposition is looking to have passed, however, there are still absentee and provisional votes that have not been counted. There

I don't understand how we have a HUGE step forward with our President-elect, but five steps back with this bill/proposition.
