Got inspired by my own feelings,.. there is no snow here -_____-;
It's the 26th today! So I'll be celebrating the 5th year anniversary of TVXQ♥ ;D Waah 5 years already, I'm so proud of them.
TVXQ FIGHTING! ♥
Christmas was already prepared, the tree, the decorations and the diner, everuthing was done.
But Jaejoong didn't feel satisfied yet, he missed one crucial thing that could make Christmas complete, snow. There was no snow and he really hated that fact.
He took a zip from the hot chocolate and glared to the outside world. With no snow.
Yunho already noticed something wasn't right for Jaejoong, but there was no way he would tell him, Jaejoong wasn't that much of a talker.
But he did worry, maybe his mood would ruin the whole evening, he didn't want it to end up with him sleeping on the couch. So he kept his mouth shut.
Maybe he missed the old days,.. he used to spend Christmas with him and Yoochun only, but now Changmin and Junsu were there too, and Yoochun went to his family.. Maybe it didn't feel the same. He had to do something.
"Hyung!" Junsu's squeaky voice called from the kitchen. "Hyung help us please!"
He sighed, putted down his mug and ambled to the kitchen, looking down on a huge mess of flower and eggs, and 2 innocent boys staring with their big puppy-like eyes. ".. What are you two doing?"
"Eh Hyung, we wanted to bake some cookies but.. somehow." Changmin stammered while he saw Jaejoong tired expression. "Somehow we kinda lost track of it."
"You guys, " Jaejoong took a towel, "First of all, clean up the mess."
Yunho peaked around the door, watching the others cleaning the kitchen, his Jaejoong looked tired, too tired for this time of year, there had to be a way to cheer the oldest member up. He had to call Yoochun.
"Ah Hyung, what's wrong?"
"I have kind of a problem here, see Jaejoong's acting kind of depressed."
A brief silence. "Did you make him do everything?"
"No, no, We all worked on it together.. except the food.." Yunho said offended.
"Yaa, shouldn't have left you alone with them, shall I come by anyway?"
"No, just stay with your family, you deserve it."
A modest laugh. "Thanks Hyung, you just keep nice, try to keep the Christmas spirit, It'll be alright!"
"Thanks Yoochun, well take care, say Hi to your mother!"
---
"Yay, the cookies look delicious!" Changmin said smiling, his nose squashed against the oven.
"Aah Minnie let me look too!" Junsu whined, trying the push the magnae away, but Changmin remained. "Minnie you're mean, Let me look, let me look!" They struggled a bit, but at last Junsu was victorious, although Changmin let him win.
A smile appeared on Jaejoong's face, the young, fresh love of those two made him think of the first few weeks together with Yunho, and their first Christmas together, the snow that fell onto their heads, throwing snowballs and building a snowman, afterwards, sitting at the open fire and drinking chocolate. It couldn't be more perfect than that time.
"Hyung, when will the cookies be done?" Junsu asked.
"Be patient Su, they need their time to bake fully, so they'll be very delicious when we eat them tonight."
Junsu smiled. "But they will delicious right, I made a special heart-shaped one for Minnie." He whispered to Jaejoong. "But he doesn't know yet."
That was really too cute, made Jaejoong blush. The kind-hearted Junsu shuffled back to Changmin, hugging him from behind. The two were so cute together, he wondered where Yunho would be. He felt a strong urge to hug him tightly too.
He should leave the youngsters alone for a while, at least till he had to take the Christmas cookies out of the oven. He searched around the house, but no Yunho.. And he didn't hear him leave the house..
"Yunnie?" But there was no respond. Jaejoong started to worry, where could he be? "Ya, Changmin, did you see Yunho?"
"No, haven't seen him in a while."
"Maybe he's resting or something?"
Maybe.. He walked up the stairs, knocked softly on the door of their shared bedroom. "Yunnie, are you sleepy?" No answer, he turned the doorknob quietly. But again, no Yunho.
He ran downstairs, to check if his shoes were still there, but they weren't ..
"Ya, did Yunho leave?!" He called to the others.
"Didn't notice!"
Jaejoong sighed, where could he be.. Then, the oven ringed.
"Hyung, the cookies are ready!"
"I'm coming." He left for the kitchen, once again looking over his shoulder to the door.. his mind somewhere else.
---
Dinner time. But still Yunho hadn't returned home.
Jaejoong was worried sick, looking at the clock anytime he could, pretending he heard the front door, opening the door several times and looking for him. But he wasn't there.
Junsu and Changmin felt the tension, they didn't speak, not even to eachother, they kept staring at the empty plate in front of them, waiting for Yunho to come. Changmin was almost starving, even after eating several cookies before dinner.
The food was getting cold every minute that passed. Jaejoongs emotions were almost on the surface, he felt like crying, throwing things around and hide in his room. Why wasn't he here, with his friends.
They waited, but no one came..
"Hyung.. I don't think Yunho will come anymore.." Changmin tried.
"DON'T SAY THAT.."
That reaction was expected, Changmin sighed. "But.. it's already 10:15 .. "
"We'll keep waiting." Jaejoong didn't face the others, he kept hoping he'd come in any minute.
Suddenly, the doorknob turned and Yunho came in, the first thing he heard was Jaejoong screaming madly. "WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN? WE'VE BEEN WAITING FOR YOU FOR HOURS NOW?! WHY DIDN'T YOU CALL?"
"Calm down Boo, calm down, I've something you got to see!" He said, a faint smile on his face, he looked tired.
"What are you trying to do? I'm not coming!" Jaejoong protested.
"No just come with me, I've something you like!"
---
The drove through the dark night, only the two of them, Changmin and Junsu insisted to stay home and give them some time. Probably they wanted to have some time alone too.
"I'm still mad at you Yunnie, how could you let us wait for so long!?"
"Ya, I had some important things to do.. We're almost there." Yunho said calm.
Some minutes later, they arrived at a small cottage, that was surprisingly white.. could it be.. snow?
"Are you coming with me?" He said, reaching out his hand to Jaejoong.
He nodded slightly, what was the meaning of this?
The cottage was decorated with a lot of lights, candles next to the grind path that led to the house, they got inside the house, with a huge fire place, it was like a ski-resort. The setting was really romantic. Did Yunho do this all for him?
"Yunnie? What's this?"
"This is for you Boo, you looked so distant this morning, so I thought.. well, maybe we could just spend this Christmas together, .. just the two of us?"
Jaejoong was touched by the care of Yunho, he turned to him, kissed him fiery on his lips, "Yunnie, this is too much, but.. I really really like it."
They both sat down in front of the fire place, looking at eachother passionately.
This would be the best Christmas ever.
End.
