I can't even begin to express the sheer genius and heart wrench that is "The Doctor's Wife."

Rusty's about five episodes behind. I'm making him watch this one tomorrow night whether it's continuity or not. :)

That one and the one in the other half of s6 - The Girl Who Waited - are just FLAWLESS! ♥

This one maybe a BIT more that the other one - because it's Gaiman and it's The Tardis and it's BEAUTIFUL. :D

It's Neil. EVERYTHING that man writes is perfection. I'm getting to the point where I see something and I go "Oh that is SO Neil" a la "That is SO Joss." :D

And considering the way this season is going, I'm having a hard time turning them off to go to bed. :P "Let's Kill Hitler" was the last one last night and it really was very meh.

Hehe, I am the same. :D

I just ... nothing makes sense. And not in a good way. River comes out of it looking like a crazy obssesed lunatic. One minute she hates him and wants to kill him the other minute she's giving up all her regenerations for him... the fuck? And how the hell did Mels even get to Amy and Rory way back when?

And Amy and Rory are just perfectly fine with everything that happens to their daughter (well, I mention Rory but he never really has any kind of reaction to River so whatever) and UGH RAGE!

I guess I really loved River up until that point and I am dissapoint.

(We need to pull this into one post. :P)

Maybe it's that Amy and Rory really understand the wibbly-wobbly stuff? I dunno. I think they (and especially Amy) know it's out of their control.

And I seriously think "Mels" would've been more of a surprise if we'd seen her before. THAT would been a cool reveal. But no, let's mop up and add another twist! *eyeroll*

As far as River suddenly changing? I can kinda see that. She was young at that point. Kinda like the teenager who's been punished.
