Couple of beat-ish comments:
"It is a good day to die," Kaarganoff sneered with an evil smirk, and suddenly thrust his sword up upwards into James' stomach, elicited a gasp of pain and surprise from the red head
That "up" is unnecessary before "upwards", and it should "eliciting" not "elicited".
A hand on his sleeve made the Doctor turn around slightly to be face face with Rob.
