Big Bang 2015 - Art Master Post
Another year, another J2-SPN Big Bang!
I almost missed it this time although I signed up as an artist very early. I set an alarm on my mobile phone for the claiming but that did not work. The wonderful wendy reminded me that claiming had started but I was still a day or two late.
But ... I firmly believe that was my luck. I don't know if I would have chosen anactoria's story if I were on time so I kinda think that was supposed to happen.
So I've chosen "Take Me to the Bridge" which is an extremely satisfying story. It feels like a very good SPN episode with a background in Celtic Myth. It is very well researched and the myth reflects the brothers and their situation perfectly.
The story was a well of inspiration for me and I actually tried a few different thinks before I got to a style I found fitting for the story. I tried to emulate some Celtic art and so chose to do it with ink.
