Dear Journal (and friends),

Im sorry for neglecting you lately.  My life is hectic with coursework, clients and study.  Any freetime I have is spent on trying to heal myself.  I came to the conclusion that my body is sore and ill for a reason, I need to learn how to cure myself before i start working on other people.   I had a reflexology treatment
