I know some, mostly from friends who were victims. Why do you ask?

Because what you experienced sounds damn like it. Now they know your name and your face and that you have bad credit - did they try and weasel more information out of you?

Heh, you know my bank account got reamed and emptied by the phone company having a "computer glitch" in september--and they decided it was my fault? I was persistant as hell and eventually got it all back weeks later, I just had to live off a dollar for a week till my parents lent me some money. (Which sucked--all the food I had in the house was corn and milk. That got old QUICK

Just out of curiosity, what brand is the clothes shredding washer? I have a friend whose washer did much the same thing, and I'm wondering if the brand is the same
