It's been a pretty sad day here. Thursday my sister's dog Blue passed away. It was very unexpected. He hadn't been well all week, and when they took him to the vet, they found a large mass on his spleen. They promptly tried to remove it, but when they opened him up, his organs were just full of tumors. There was nothing they could do for the poor

Losing a pet is awful. I feel terrible for you and your sister. I'm so sorry for you. <3

Thank you. Pets are your family too, that's what I believe. Animals are better than people in some ways, they don't care what you look like, or how you dress, or other superficial stuff, to them you are the most wonderful person in the world. I can't have a dog--but I could always go play with my sister's. We expected to have another six years with him at least you know?

I understand completely, even though the last pet I lost was my grandmother's dog, when I was six. I still remember how much I loved him, and how confused and sad I was when he died.

And God, just thinking of losing my puppy makes me... just want to cry. I love that dog.

Pets are special, you know? It's a terrible, terrible thing to happen to lose them. I wish I could tell you anything kinder than that.

So sorry to hear this, animals are such a big part of their owner's lives, it's hard to loose them.
