i dont understand why they'd want to remake a movie that already has about 5 terrible sequels.

the crow was such a great movie when it was first released, but it hasnt stood the test of time for me. i think what it turned into (the bible for mallgoths) kind of ruined it for me. :( it's a shame, because it was totally amazing when it came out.

the soundtrack however? still one of the best soundtracks ever made.

This to me just shows the lack of imagination that Hollywood has. I think the original crow movie is less than 20 years old.

I don't even care for the original really. The soundtrack, as Jen pointed out, fucking awesome and outshines the movie in my opinion.

When it comes to movies about coming back from the dead to avenge your own death and your girlfriend's rape, I prefer The Wraith. Cheesy, but awesome!
