Oh, well, I shall go for the utterly obvious, since it's the only one I recognize, and point out that #12 is, in fact, from Withnail & I. (My fave exchange from that movie remains "Are we there?" "No we're not, we're here.")

4 is a good guess, but not right. However, I'm pleasantly surprised that anyone got Top Hat, which is my all time favorite Astaire and Rogers film ever. *g*
