So last night, it was 4am, lying in bed, fighting to go to sleep. I had to work at 11 today, so I was getting pretty frustrated. So I hear this alarm go off... and it's a loud one that obviously isn't coming from a car. I'm intrigued, because it's loud in my neighbourhood, and behind my house, there's four or five buildings that I have no clue what
