*standing ovation* Congratulations on finishing an amazing fic!

I love the ending. Yes, Harry, tell the most dangerous man in Chicago you now have his Name. There's a clever idea. Though the idea of Harry bolstering the last of Marcone's goodness before leaving is a lovely, lovely image. That's the way to go, kiddo! If you can't bring Frankie with you, then draw him out in other ways. (Like dating Marcone. Sex raises endorphins! And I doubt he'd complain. Or any of us.)

I relish the thought of Harry trying to explain things to Marcone. 'I might have made out with your lingering subconscious humanity while I was hanging out in your head. A little. Maybe. To be fair though, he totally started it.'

Don't suppose you'll do anything more with this 'verse? An epilogue maybe? *hopeful look*

*bows* Thank you! Thank you!

I love the ending.

Whew. I'm relieved and happy to hear that. Yeah, Harry may not have thought too far ahead in letting Marcone know he knows who he used to be. Heh.

Frankie is totally bolstered up! I'm glad you liked that. =D

*dies of lulz*

You know, I don't have anything else planned but there's no reason someone else can't write it. I know that beachkid wants to run remix challenge. And all my fics will be available for it. =D

Not familiar with a remix--unless you're talking about music, which I doubt. Clarify please?

Oh! The best way I've heard it described is as a fanfic's fanfic. Someone else takes an author's written fic - with permission of course - and reworks it.

Say, writing Marcone's POV during this whole thing. Or Frankie's. Or the saber-toothed tiger's POV.

I don't know when the Remix challenge will happen. But I know it's in the works.

*laughs at both Marcone and Harry*

...and Marcone owes a debt to himself. Oy.

=D I'm glad you liked it.

Marcone is totally in debt to Frankie. Himself. Frankie. Same thing. =D

Okay, that's a loophole on the level of the one in Dead Beat. I never saw it coming and it makes perfect sense!

I love Harry banishing the shadow overtaking Frankie just by being himself. And I love that Harry can light up Frankie with one kiss.

Could you please write an epilogue to this? Maybe a way that Harry can sneak back in to see Frankie in his own dreams, and the effect that would have on Marcone? PLEASE? I love this story and I don't want to leave Frankie hanging. And he really can't leave Marcone without damaging...well, both of them, probably.

And I really want to hear Harry explain to Marcone just HOW he found out about Officer Franco Moretti. Because that would be hysterical.

All of which is a long-winded way of saying, "I love this! More, please?"

Whoohoo! *fist pump* I admit that I've been thinking about how Harry could come back to life. And in rereading 'Dead Beat' that loophole leaped at me. =D

And I love that Harry can light up Frankie with one kiss.

Literally. Heh. Frankie is shinning now in Marcone's head now. *sighs happily*

Could you please write an epilogue to this?

Oh, I'm afraid I haven't planned one. The ending of this was suppose to dovetail into 'Ghost Story' (not that it actually would but that was the idea).

Maybe a way that Harry can sneak back in to see Frankie in his own dreams, and the effect that would have on Marcone?

*blinks* God, Harry would totally do that wouldn't he? He'd stop by Marcone's head to check up on Frankie without even letting Marcone know too. Huh.

I love this story and I don't want to leave Frankie hanging.

I'm so happy you love the story, but I can't promise anything. I mean, I could get hit by the urge to write more. But I'm terrible about writing sequels to long fics.

And I ( ... )

THAT ENDING THAT ENDING ITS FILLS ME WITH GLEE SO MUCH GLEE HARRY YOU NONG YOU

*rapturous applause*

This was wonderful! I loved the visual style of this, and how Harry didnt just fall into his arms. :)

Although what last conversation? Did he mean in Real life (ie books) or in his dream?

\o/ Yes! I'm so happy you enjoyed the ending! I've been crossing my fingers hoping it would be enjoyed. =D

*takes a bow*

I loved the visual style of this,

*beams* I'm so relieved that's how it came across. I was trying to convey the lush mental imagery that played in my head. I'm so relieved the words managed it!

Real life, not the dream. Honestly, at the end there all Harry needed was Marcone to wake up and not molest him. Heh.
