And apparently Marcone's is kinda creepy. Haha, the moment Harry described the level of detail in Gray Chicago, my mind went IT'S MARCONE. MARCONE. HARRY'S IN MARCONE'S HEAD. I love how having a gray city reenforces this parallel of both of them having such an obsessive, loving, thorough knowledge of Chicago that they were both able to recreate it in some way.

And I really want to see more Frank/Harry interaction. If what I'm thinking is right, it figures that Harry reflexively decides to go straight for the name that irritates Frank. (And 'killed' is a word so very open to interpretation... :D)

Also, Harry Dresden is an internet meme. I'm not sure I have the words to describe my amusement at this thought.

I love that the tiger stays away from schools. Even in his mind, Marcone doesn't want to hurt or endanger children.

And oh, Frank. The first person Marcone killed, eh? And yet still compelling Marcone to fulfill his oath to serve and protect. Surprisingly lively for a dead persona, too. I never thought of Marcone as a former cop before--I always pictured him getting into the rackets very young--but it does fit amazingly well.

And Frank was telling the truth when he said that Marcone was nobody to him, wasn't he? Because to Frank, John Marcone is a creation, a false face--not a person.

And oh, Harry. You REALLY should be figuring out who Frank is by now.

I don't know if anything amused me as much as Harry becoming an Internet meme. The walking techbane wizard becoming a meme on the Internet. Talk about irony.

I just have one question:
