OK. We've talked about how I really don't ship these two, but it's you and this is so well done and beautifully written. I enjoyed every word, and I do sort of imagine this could be canon. Well done, Jada.

Gahh, thank you! It means a lot that you'll read/like something that isn't one of your ships. Have we talked about what you do ship exactly for HG? I remember you leaned toward Peeta/Katniss but do you have any OTP's?

This fic is a stiletto blade. It slides in deep and bites sharp. Gorgeous and painful all at once. I love that Gale is broken and that he is remorseful. Gale's open-ended ending in canon always bugs me. What does he really think of what happened? Of course there's really no room for that kind of closure, not in that world and not in those books. I think your fic, here, does a remarkably fine job of answering all sorts of questions.
