I just found your fanfic journal. And found there German TNG fanfic! I'm reading Private Emotions right now.

I've been wanting to find some interesting reads in German for some time now. I studied German when I was young, but have forgotten so much of it. Then I moved to Sweden, where I had to learn a new language and forgot more. I must try and use Lj to also read German. I suppose there are also German fanfic communities out there.
