Donna and I have been working on this all night, and we think we might have found something in the Torchwood archives about this "brethren" lot. It...it doesn't look good, Rose. Don't do anything! Not until we know more.

Don't be ridiculous. What would a Dalek want with duck feathers? Besides, if it was a Dalek, the Doctor would have left a message that said "Dalek," not "brethren."

No, and I'm getting worried. Don't think it's a Dalek, though. Surely the Doctor would have left a clue if it was.
