If you don't have a scale try taking measurements. Even if it's just with a marker and string. At least you'll have some benchmark to measure by if you want.

I don't know much about working with supplements so I can't say I have any advice, but what the store said seems to make sense.

Good luck with cutting coffee. I know I probably drink a lot less but I still love it. I had a random cup today at a seminar I went to about tax shelters (which sounded crooked). Either way, the coffee was free and good.

The string/marker thing sounds like a good idea for now! At least then I can measure the string with a tape measure or something. I'll give that a shot. I'm still going to look for a cheap scale too. I just want to be able to keep track of my weight.

Ah cutting coffee just feels like cutting everything else. I'll drink it for special occasions. I still eat desserts but for special occasions. So if it's like... Christmas dinner and someone baked a cheese cake. I'll have a piece and drink a coffee. Just one piece and one coffee though.
