Damn, that's quite the workout. I'd heard working your stomach could make you look fat but I didn't know it was the oblique specifically. Do you think you're seeing any results from the suppliments yet?
Well ab/oblique work will strengthen those and basically cause them to get bigger but if they get bigger underneath fat you won't see them definition or anything like that. It will just make your stomach/sides look more puffed out due to the muscles being big. Nothing really wrong with having strong abs it's just important to cut the fat before you bulk in that region
