according to TMZ Jake flagged down the cop because the paps were following him.and that that's the second time in two weeks. :/

You always get Jake with the cops!! I wonder if he was too fast or something....I think Jake would be careful while driving....

Has he been stopped again? I wonder if he's just attracted to men in uniform.. he's always being photographed with cops.. And no *he*'s no Ennis but we can pretend :)
