I haven't shared music with all of you in a while, so here we go. This is my obsession of the moment.

I am hoping that they are better/less hilarious than her last few bands (I don't even rememeber what they were called! Just that they were funny!)

:D Thank you for the link. I am going to go download that now.

I think they probably are! They're not amazing, but I do really enjoy those two songs.

(The Murmers? Or Gush, or something? I think it was the same band with two different names. The only song of theirs I ever heard was the one you were so, uh, kind to share with me that one time.)

Oh good. I look forward to this, then?

(Haha YES! I remember making a mix cd that had both the Murmurs AND GUSH on it. (Hahaha I wanted to say "sheDAISY" and then I remembered that they were a lame country group.) And, you know: I feel compelled to do a lot of things when you're around. Usually involving sharing really shitty music.

By the way. I listen to Popozao a lot these days...)

So wait, it was two different bands, or the same band with two different names? I'm so confused.

I feel compelled to do a lot of things when you're around. Usually involving sharing really shitty music.

That's...really sweet? That you like sharing crap with me?

This is one of the only times I've actually downloaded music without any apparent reason ...willing to give this a try since I noticed you were listening to them on Last.Fm

I hope you're not disappointed, then! I'd be interested to hear what you think once you've had a chance to listen.

"Say So" was all I heard so far and it's pretty catchy. I'm just a little distracted by your Andrew Bird icon (sa-woon).

I remember Leisha Hailey from a bunch of Yoplait ads from several years ago and thinking, "Man, this girl seems like a lesbian." Then I discovered she was on The L Word. For once, my gaydar was accurate!

Bwah! Nicely done, brej. And she probably didn't even have a lesbionic mullet to give it away. (I had no idea about the Yoplait ads, though. I'm curious to see them now!)

It was basically Leisha (she had really short hair at the time) and one or two other friends sitting around, eating Yoplait yogurt, and saying stuff like, "This is good." "This is walk on the beach good." "This is curl up under a cozy blanket good." etc. to each other and having girl giggles over it. There were a few different ads like this. They were really stupid, but mostly I kept wondering, "Do the other girls in this ad know that their brej is TOTALLY A LESBIAN???" ;)
