Yes, my MIL is her own very special kind of insane. Actually, not her own: her father was bipolar with psychotic breaks. My husband and I live in dread of her coninuing deterioration and us eventually having to persuade her husband and teenage daughter that she needs more help. And we worry a lot about the worldview of the 14-year-old homeschooler.
