Love the framing story, too. That's a nice touch. Though it makes me wonder if this is really real...

He grasps he was dead and missed them. But I don't think he fully realized how he died. Since it happened so fast. One minute he was watching a meteor, next minute... SMOOSH! :C

I could have pulled the Joss Whedon grimmy 'You ripped me out of Heaven' emo on him dealing with being back or handled that he'd realize all this but frankly, I was just so happy to find an actual game-playing trick that required no cheating to get it to work that I was just happy to leave it at that!

But Peter was just happy to see Thomas back to his old self since he'd returned to him just miserable and grungey with despair.

And it's real! Karma's just a princess and has to tell stories like a princess would! After all, Destiny didn't know her Bunny grandfather, at all. She was just a baby when it happened.

Oohhh I see. I mis-read, before. I blame the nasty headache I had! Which is mostly gone, now. :)

Bunny grandfather... you know I thought I was part rabbit, when I was small? We had a print of Durer's painting of a hare and my dad used to tell me it was my Great-Grandmother Bunny. ^_^

Especially liked reading how Thomas reacted to all this and seeing his final renewal.

Thank you. I don't stage much of what goes on with them, outside of the weddings and wish fulfills but occasionally I will set things up around what they do. The negative moodlets aside, after Peter was killed Thomas started rolling wishes to befriend Storm. So I ran with that and his relationship with Destiny.

I just figured he'd crumble after all that with Peter, then Star. So I mussed up his hair and made him sort of scruffy from stress. Thought it'd be nice to have him renew with Peter's return. I'm just glad I was able to do it with legit mechanics and not cheating! :)

I think you did it really well. It was an enjoyable read. I like happy endings (though this isn't an end - oh dear, you know what I mean.)

I love happy endings too! I'm a sucker for happy movies and happy stories! I think that's why I was so ambivilant about seeing Dark Knight Rises. The second in the three was such a downer. That one made up for it, though.
