Nightmares

Do any of you ever have nightmares? The kind that make you toss and turn and wake up from a dead sleep all sweaty? I don't have those very often, but I had one last night.

Needless to say, I didn't sleep to well and am rather groggy right now. -_-

yeah those suck. they don't happen as often for me anymore, but for a long while after my dad died i was having nightmares about seeing him in the hospital and it would get twisted and warped in the ways that only the mind can do to scare the living hell outta you in the worse ways ...

i still worry my dad will return as a zombie one day lol

Yeah. I had this dream where I killed my mom's bf's little boy and blamed his death on someone else. Then I broke down in the dream because I hated myself for what I'd done. And then I woke up telling myself it was a dream. I went into the bathroom to calm down and there was a big chuck of toilet paper in there so I went to get it out and it was covered in blood. (No joke. One of the other girls in the house was on her period) I just about lost it. I started hyperventilating and had to go wake my mom up! XD

It had me shaken up all day and I couldn't even go to class.
