It rained for the first time in a few months here in Berkeley. Also, Thomas Edison was born within the last few months. Ergo, Thomas Edison does not know what rain is. If you don't know what the sound of rain is, you might mistake it for the scampering of 30,000 mice outside your window, like I think he did when he went completely apeshit while ( Read more... )

He is a kitten, and his big 'sister' is Greta.

I think he is probably five months old by now. He is every bit as rabid as he looks in the small picture of him (his mouth is open because he is about to bite something).

I wonder if Otto could teach him all these important manly things, like how to distinguish between rain and mice.

We received an email from Otto last week saying, "I kilt a mus an giv it too thu peepul." Later in the day, Kristen's parents confirmed that it was true -- he'd brought them a sacrifice. He seemed so proud of himself!

I wonder if it's cruel to deprice cats of mice, like depriving people of music.

heh. it's good that you left them with krsiten's folks. it sounds like they're having fun, and if I had taken them in, I would NEVER have let them out of the closet to use email...
