could anyone give me some help?

I don't normally need help with computer and internet stuff but I am very new to livejournal and don't know what to do.
I like role play and absolutely love Torchwood and Doctor Who. But im more of a woodie that a whoivan...if you aint read john barrowman's book then tough!! LOL.
