I needed some Teal'c fluff.  I don't know if this actually qualifies, but it's been in my head all day even though I previously had no plans to write in this AU (it's insideous really).  This is Sam and T friendship with shades of Sam/Jack.

This takes place after geneeste's fabulous Mary Steenburgen, Eat Your Heart Out. I hope this isn't using too much

You brought Walter into the geek 'verse!! That's fantastic.

This is a lovely look at T and geek Sam. He is an odd bird, having a real air of mystery to him. T, the International Man of Mystery, or IMoM! ;0) He's also a great observer of human nature and just what Sam needs right now, and grumpy old O'Neill, too.

You are responsible for this ficlet, by the way. When I saw your hint in my journal that you might be writing Teal'c fluff, I immediately looked at your journal but there wasn't any thing new. I was on my way out of the door and later thought that maybe you'd written Jack Built Teal'c fluff. Then I started thinking about what you might have written. And hence this AU wriggled it's way into my brain.

...I don't remember hinting that - just the thing I posted yesterday but you read that and it wasn't fluff...
though...I *should* write Teal'c fluff. Or T/Murray fluff...

I like that Sam opens up to T, they have such a sweet and understated relationship, and you've written it just right, IMO. Nice.

Thank you. And yeah, the soup was based on a soup we had at a restaurant several years ago and haven't seen since.
