You don't have to. though a lot of them like you to. The ones that I have especially need me to have a license and it was in the job requirements when I got them.

I can't do voice lessons out of my apt b/c I don't have a piano. I thought of that, and I do have my keyboard but my apt is NOT acoustic friendly nor is it able to house a voice lesson. :( I thought about doing it with my keyboard but it's not very good for lessons. Practicing is fine though.

Possible. But I wouldn't feel comfortable teaching someone in someone else's home.
