My thoughts after about 3/4 year:

A spot in the ceiling leaks whenever anyone showers in the large bathroom, the heat in my room gets too hot unless a window is open, if the window is open too much, the room gets too cold, the heat creaks a bit, there are bugs, the kitchen sink leaks, the landlady sucks (but not as much as Pam), the entire apartment
