I got lucky today

I went to these quaint(piece of shit) apartments today to take a look at them and I got a sweet deal. Turned out someone had jetted on the manager, so he gave me the apartment $30 a month off, and best of all; he's not charging me the 250 security deposit. I've never had an apartment with no room-mates, this is gonna be wonderful. Only 410 a month

p.s check your local salvation army for furniture. they have some really neat/useful stuff sometimes for incredible deals. garage sales are cool too. they advertise them in the paper.
