What is with everyone calling Kucinich an alien recently. The comic Goats did it too.

That whole Darth Vader and Cheney thing also caught on some where. What happens now that the administration has appropriated it? (I'm thinking of Bush) Do we keep using it or do we find some other better symbol for the darkness?
