Nobody can really know what it is like to have your home and furry creatures in danger by out of control fire - it is frightening. I live in the high desert just outside of Reno NV. Fire season is nerve hit or miss. SOme part of the ranch gets hit every year. Fortunately I haven't lost anyone or anything - have come super close though. Haven't heard much about the fires for the last week, are they still not under control?
